We are a parish in the spirit of the Poverello of Assisi — gathered around the Eucharist, formed in small Christian communities, and sent to serve the least among us.

Eight hundred years ago, on the evening of the third of October, Francis of Assisi passed from this life to the Father — what the Franciscan family lovingly calls the Transitus. He asked to be laid upon the bare earth, sang the Canticle of the Creatures, and welcomed “Sister Death” in peace. In this Jubilee year we make his greeting our own — Pax et Bonum, Peace and all Good — and we renew our parish as a place of welcome, of careful listening, and of common mission with our farmers, fisherfolk, and the families of Barangay Mabuhay.
